Most in-stock furniture pieces are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and the size of the item.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, House Work ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most decor items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Are your wooden products sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize environmental responsibility. All our timber products are crafted from FSC-certified forests or reclaimed materials to ensure a minimal ecological footprint.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order moves to our fulfillment center and can no longer be changed.
